need your fave meal ideas/recipes
We're working at getting back on the (mostly) vegetarian wagon here. I'm kind of hitting a brick wall over supper ideas though. I think my brain is on early Christmas vacation. ;)
What are some of your family's fave veg supper meals? I'm wanting to expand our repertoire a bit. :popcorn |

My rainbow nachos and potato soup are both veggie, and nearly vegan - I add cheese to the nachos and some butter to the soup, but that's it. Both are around here on the board somewhere. :giggle
