Anyone up for an Iron Chef challenge?

I've got broccoli, squash, cherry tomatoes, and a handful of green beans. Turn it into food please? GF/DF I have ground beef and chicken.

The only thing I can think of is stir-fry.

Meatballs with a side of zucchini/cherry salad with vinaigrette and roasted broccoli.

Could you make the squash into noodles and then sauté up the chicken, tomatoes, green beans for a pasta primavera sauce?

Oooh! Squash noodles! I'm the only one around here who will get excited about it, but it's a great idea! :yes

I was going to say gf spaghetti noodles sautéed in olive oil with Italian herbs and the veggies and whichever meat you want (But not both :giggle).

I think the pasta idea is the best one. I'll make it tomorrow, since I had to work tonight.

Good idea about the vegetable noodles. Does anyone have one of those spiralizer things?
