Tonight will be tuna mac (white sauce with a can of tuna added, mixed into about a lb of cooked pasta). I should probably get a vegetable to go with it!

Tomorrow will be bean soup.

Last night was ranch drumsticks and steamed broccoli. Tonight is grilled chicken breasts and side TBD.

Oh wow! It's August! I think EVERY single month I get shocked that it's a new month through this thread. :giggle

Tonight my dad will be here for dinner so I am making his favourite -- sauerkraut. :heart

DH suggested that he keep DD tonight and I take the boys out for a last-night-of-summer-before-school-starts dinner date :heart I'll let them pick where we go; it's most likely to be either breakfast for dinner or bacon cheeseburgers :giggle

Made fried rice tonight using leftover roast from earlier in the week. Rice, frozen mixed veggies, diced beef and the sauce from said beef. It was supposed to be French dip, but it came out really tough. :( Tonight's fried rice was yummy!
