Help me save dinner--I lost the cookbook

Anyone own Don't Panic--Dinner's in the Freezer? I went and bought the ingredients for Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken as my first recipe to try, and can't find the book now! Arrghh! Anyone have this book or recipe?

I've got 6lbs raw chicken breasts, cans of pinapple and mandarn oranges, cornstarch, lemon juice, and that's all I remember. Rest was stuff in the pantry like soy sauce. No idea how much of anything besides the chicken...particularly the cornstarch...not so bad if I guess on the pineapple, but cornstarch???

Arrgh...I dragged the book all over town with dh and in and out of the house, trying to read when I got a moment, thus it could be almost anywhere....

trying to google, but coming up with 100s of choices...some with green peepers (yuck), some with whole chicken, some without cornstarch...this was supposed to save time and be a quick solution to dinner...meanwhile, all 3 kids are going nuts when I go near the computer...two bouts of screaming just to type this (I stopped to deal with it ;) ) make that 3....
