crock pot + pork chops + kid friendly =??
What would you do with some pork chops and a crock pot that is kid friendly?

Re: crock pot + pork chops + kid friendly =??
If you aren't adverse to Campbell's soup, a favourite with my kids is a tin of mushroom soup (chicken does work if the brown bits offend anyone), a tbsp or so of lemon juice, a big pinch or so of oregano & basil, and some salt and pepper. Mix in crock pot, add pork chops & turn crock pot on. It is my dd1's favourite dinner. :)
It is an adaptation of a chicken meal in the More with Less cookbook (Herbed Chicken?) I think the actual recipe gives a substitute for using the tinned soup, but I'm not messing with (my dd's opinion of) perfection! :giggle |

Thank you! I can't determine what's for dinner tomorrow, but maybe it'll be this.

If your kids aren't opposed to BBQ, shred cooked chops and mix with BBQ sauce. Serve on hamburger buns.
