Re: October Dinners
It’s cold here I am thinking of making broccoli and cheese soup. I love soups at this time of year. I normally make my homemade breads with it too.

Re: October Dinners
Tonight was mushroom stuffed chicken with roasted cubed potatoes and green salad. DD16yo contributed homemade buns (a recipe that she had to make for her cooking class).
Last night was crockpot Korean beef on rice. I paid for someone to prep freezer meals for me so I don't have the recipe...but everyone loved it so much that I will be looking for a copy cat recipe so this can be a regular. ---------- Post added at 07:24 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:18 PM ---------- I found many similar recipes, and I think this is close but add more beef stock to make it saucier, and a pinch or more of chilli pepper flakes for a spicy kick. https://www.dinneratthezoo.com/slow-cooker-korean-beef/ |
