Essential fatty acids help.

Exfoliation and moisturization. Sun helps mine but not my son's.

My daughter has it on her face and arms. Coconut oil helps her. We also tried lotions with some kind of acid (blanking on the name) and it helped but it also bleached her face. It was pretty harsh stuff. Lots and lots of moisturizing helps a lot though. For arms we just ignore it. I had it as a kid on my arms but it went away once I moved away from home.

Sunshine.
My arms cleared up once I started wearing tank tops I the sun & they mostly stay clear through the winters, even.
My upper legs haven't, because I don't wear short shorts often enough to make a difference.

I had forgotten about it but she started wearing short sleeves.

My husband's is helped by sun, fish oils, and minimizing gluten. My sister has it much much worse, she also has psoriasis and other AI issues, and those things help her much less.
