Beer Cheese Dip
1/2 c. strong beer
2 T chopped onion 2 t cornstarch 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated Whisk together beer, onion & cornstarch in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until thickened. Gradually add cheese, whisking after each addition. Serve with warm soft pretzels or chips. |
