Elementary level language curriculum

My oldest wants to learn Spanish. Once upon a time I could speak it, but I was only conversational and I haven't used it in YEARS so I need a curriculum. I haven't a clue where to start, I learned from a tutor, but I haven't seen any classes offered in our area. Does anyone use a language curriculum that would be approachable for a third grader?

You could do Muzzy or Dinolingo if you don’t mind screens.

We're not much into screens but I'd consider Muzzy as a good place to start and then see if she takes to it.

Song school Spanish is fun for early elementary. You could also look at Spanish for Children by memoria press (I think).

Spanish for Children is by Classical Academic Press (CAP). It's the next level after Songschool Spanish. Both (CAP and Memoria) are good companies. Rainbow Resource should have it.

Libraries often have video courses if you don't mind screens, or just want to check out a program. I know ours has Professor Toto and Little Pim, which are video programs for kids. It also has Mango Languages, which is an app. Rosetta Stone always gets good reviews as well.

I don't mind screens, it's just we only have a MacBook air so we are a little limited. If it's from BBC it looks to be European Spanish.

I'll look into these.

This is a good place to start, thanks!
