Tonight is Grilled Chicken with Rosemary and Bacon, which sounds great but I can't take credit, Anastasia (my eldest DD) found the recipe online and she's making it as I'm not too well at the moment.

We had my parents over and we decorated for Christmas, so I made a Rueben Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. Last Friday, Costco had pork tenderloin on sale so I paid $9 for an 8.5 lb tenderloin! It feed 7 of us, I sent leftovers home with my parents, and I still have enough for a whole other meal for my family!
I also made Autumn Roasted Veggies with Apples and Pecans, rolls, and a pumpkin cheesecake for dessert.

We’re very boring so far. Pizza last night because I got stuck at worker late and tonight a quick Spanish rice bowl.

My parents would love that por tenderloin! Thanks for posting the recipe; I'm definitely saving it.

And, mmmm, pumpkin cheesecake! That sounds so yummy right now! (My family insisted on plain ol' regular cheesecake with cherries for Thanksgiving, and I was just craving pumpkin. I may have to indulge myself when they aren't paying attention. :shifty )

We're having chicken and broccoli stir-fry tonight.

Did the in law visits today and didn't get home until dinnertime so I had to throw something together fairly quick and easy.

Ended up with tacos, roasted veggies, and fresh fruit. :rockon

We ended up having a leftovers night last night, so I’ll make the sweet and spicy chicken tonight. Probably an easy side like steam in the bag green beans.
