Perfect Pork Roast - For Sandwhiches - Easy

I have a great recipe that makes great shredded pork.

1 pork roast
4 TBS Honey
Adobo Seasoning or spices of your liking without salt.
3 TBS Olive Oil

Place roast in crock, add honey, spices and Olive to the roast coating it . Do not add water, Do not add salt at this stage. Crock on Medium for 8 hours, shred with fork, add salt if desired, and enjoy!!

The roast makes its own broth without using any water and is great shredded on hoagie rolls with provolone slices that melt once applied. Yum!

I'd really like to make this, but I have no idea what Adobo Seasoning is :blush

Adobo seasoning is a mixture of garlic, oregano, peppercorns, paprika, salt.

You can make your own, or buy it at the grocery . :)

afa the clapping.. my sister started this post, who is now deactivated, but she clapped as her way of saying "ohh yeahh yummy!" :giggle
Idk why Deena is clapping, :giggle, maybe she was just copying that sentiment. :)
