It's funny that dried oregano is produce and red bell peppers are spices :scratch :giggle

I made this cashew chicken 2 weeks ago. YUM! There are a few other yummy looking recipes on the site. A honey lime chicken for sure.

Sheet pan chicken fajita bowls.

This was FABULOUS. Whole family loved it. I served it with cilantro jasmine rice (just add chopped fresh cilantro to rice before cooking), sour cream, cheese, olives, and salsa. Avocados weren't on sale. :(

This showed up in my Pinterest feed today. I pinned a bunch of sheet pan dinners. Can't wait to try them!

Time for a pretty new sheet pan supper! I just came across this one. http://www.chelseasmessyapron.com/on...usage-veggies/

I haven't been making sheet pan suppers lately. I should really get a large pan, since two pans in the oven creates steam and makes things too soft.

Anyone continuing to enjoy sheet pan suppers in the summer?

I made Philly Cheesesteak tonight. I loosely followed this recipe

https://www.eazypeazymealz.com/sheet...y-cheesesteak/

Petite sirloin steak has been on sale all summer so I have a lot of that. I used leftovers from grilled steak to make this. I sliced it thinly and didn't bake it as long add the vegetables. It was good. I wouldn't buy steak specially for this recipe but I'll make this again with leftover steak.

Sheet pan Korean chicken and vegetables - This was really, really good. I added some sliced mini bell peppers and a can of water chestnuts and sprinkled sesame seeds on top.

Can we make a list of veggies that work well for a sheet pan dinner? Most recipes seem to include either green beans, broccoli, brussel sprouts or asparagus. Any other veggies you've used in your sheet pan dinners to add more variety?

I think Bell Peppers (any color— I buy them in packs of red, green, and yellow mixed) work well.
