Party foods
We are planning our baby's baptism and are planning a reception for the church afterwards. We are having a cake- but what else should we have? There will be about 100 people and it will be the end of June (and no air conditioning- so it can't be mayo based!)
Help! :shrug3 |

65666123456789 (sorry, my 5 year old wanted to write, too);) I like pinwheels -- 1 block of cream cheese softened, add a packet of dry ranch mix, drained green chiles, and diced up olives if you like them. Spread the mixture onto several tortillas and place thin sliced deli meat on top and roll up the tortillas. Slice into 1/2 inch slices and arrange on a platter. Serve with salsa. :yum |
