I haven't even made a menu for this week yet. Leftovers today so that will be easy. Or maybe I should make something today and push leftovers for the days we have practice.

Let's see. . . what should I make - stir fry I think for today.

Okay I came here to get ideas so figured I’d share what I came up with for the week lol.
Spaghetti
Loaded sweet potato (bacon, cheese, sour cream, chives)
Chicken wild rice soup
Meatloaf mashed potatoes
Grilled cheese

Tonight I'm trying a new recipe - Texas Hash with roasted zucchini and lettuce salad with homemade ranch on the side.

I think tonight will be beef & broccoli in the IP. I REALLY need to get meal planning again. We are spending too much and wasting food. :sigh

Our chickens are laying in full force so I'm making quiche tonight. I think with kale and caramelized onions.

Tomorrow will probably be French toast.

Egg heavy dinner ideas welcome.

Tonight will be sandwiches. Too many moving parts to make dinner. I had a meal plan. Used the meat last night for something else. :doh

Spinach chicken casserole with cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella, rice, asparagus. I can link the chicken recipe later if someone is interested. Pinterest seems to be down for me at the moment. I'm so happy I found this recipe because it will use up some of the ingredients that I bought for a different recipe last week. I'm trying so very hard not to waste a bunch of food.

The plan for tonight is potatoes and bacon.

Wendsday is chicken on salids ( I am unreasnobly excited about this because I have been thinking about what I like aboutsalids that I get at reatrantas and have candied picans and blueberries to go in these.

Pasta for the night I will at knitting group.

Friday wiggle worm wants to make corn dog muffins from her magazine.
