I probably need to try this, but I'm afraid of a few things. :shifty

I don't know if I could stomach bone broth, liver, or fermented fish oil. I'm such a chicken. :shifty

Bonebroth is not really different than regular broth. I dont do the liver either.

I noticed it doesn't say how much fermented cod liver oil to take.

I want to do this but find it overwhelming. So much different from how I currently live and operate. In order to eat bone broth every day, you have to make it regularly, which I'm not in the habit of doing. I'm not even in the habit of getting meat with bones! In order to have green smoothes, you have to have greens in the house.

I'm lactose intolerant, can I still do kefir? I don't even know what it is or where to get it.

If I were to do this, where would I start? I feel like I need a day-by-day schedule, shopping list, and instructions.

I make my own kefir with goat milk. I also know of people that have used coconut milk. You just need grains or a starter for that.

The cod liver oil would be taken according to whatever the bottle says.

I don't do every one of these every day. I am working toward that one thing at a time.

Why not just do one thing and then when it becomes routine try another? If you are just lactose intolerant you could likely do kefir. Most people say making your own from kefir grains is the best way.
