ideas for a pot luck meal (ready made)
Margaret has her Christmas party for her heritage girls tonight. In all the craziness I didn't learn about it until last night so little time to plan.
I need to bring a dish.. I can't get to the store for ingredients because DH has the car and I wont have time once he arrives to make anything. So I'm just going to pick up. I need gluten and dairy free suggestions because I'd like to make sure at least something is safe for her. (I know the leader is making GF/DF brownies so I'd rather do something more "main dish". a have several vegan members as well so that be nice but not a necessity. Ideas? I might have time to like heat or assemble things but not big prep and cook time. Truthfully I'm not sure. |

Do you have anything on hand that might work?
My kids love turkey rolls -- just luncheon meat on a taco shell (corn soft shells are gluten free) and rolled up and sliced. If you want to pick up you could always do a simple rotisserie chicken. :think Fruit and yogurt dip? Veggies and dip? |
