The former links were older and websites change. This list is a work in progress. Please feel free to help out.

Dr McDougall teaches a very successful program that is based on a low fat and low protein Vegan diet. His articles are always interesting and quite valuable. He includes which research and articles he references.

It's nice to see some balance about this issue.

:popcorn

I want to come back to this later when I have more time. I have a Soy cookbook that I almost threw out while I was reorganizing the other day because of all the negative I've read lately. Being a long time vegetarian, I'll be interested to read these.

Now I haven't read the articles yet, but what about TVP? I heard that was REALLY bad.

Textured Vegetable Protein.

Freeze dried soy protein. Sold in chunks or flakes. Cheap and compact. You need to re-hydrate in water. I don't use it though.

If you google what is TVP you will get a ton of answers!

This is good to see because I just finally found that I can tolerate tofu better if I batter it in tapoica starch and them fry it in olive oil. :shifty
