Yes, I do: Crockpot Sesame Chicken. I use it as a freezer meal so I combine the chicken and sauce ingredients and put in a freezer bag and freeze. I add the cornstarch, cilantro, red pepper, and sesame seeds on the day I cook it. It is one of dd's favorites.

tonight was coconut chicken curry -- using my homemade bone broth, and my homegrown heirloom tomatoes. :heart Served over rice or zucchini strips (zucchini from my garden).

Eldest DS has decided he ("read "we) need to get healthier so he has asked to cook some meals etc. Last night we had Kale salad with beets, wild rice and chicken. It actually was very nice and so we have leftovers for lunch today :)

Of course I had to modify it for the youngest DS as he has textural issues and won't eat salad so I just made him some veggies to go with his chicken and rice.

Tonight is capsicums stuffed with cauliflower rice, mince with grated cheese. If we can make them and hide the cauliflower rice from DS #2 it could go down okay. If not, will just leave the cauliflower rice out.

Last night we had a spinach and mushroom tomato cream pasta with an Italian salad. Tonight we are having roasted dill salmon, tzatziki, rice, asparagus, and Greek salad.

We are going to the fair today. I'm packing chopped muffeletta, fruit, veggies & chips.

I'll put my muffeletta fixings over salad, the others will have theirs on hoagie rolls. I have 2 half gallon jars full. Might have enough to share with the friends we are going with. :think

1 part Salami
1 part Provolone (none for df kids. I make 2 batches.)
Mushrooms, chopped
Bell peppers
Green onions
Basic vinaigrette

Made a Coconut Curry Chicken over cauliflower rice yesterday.

Today is pork chops, leftover baby potatoes, salad, and sauteed Brussels sprouts (with bacon and onion).

Vegetable curry for us tonight, with whatever vegetables I can find, plus chickpeas. I normally just serve with rice but I've bought some naan bread for today.

Tonight is "easy" dinner as DH will be out at band practise, DS #1 will be late home and so DS #2 and I will search for leftovers to consume :)

Tomorrow will be meatballs and zucchini noodles with pasta sauce and Sunday will be a roast dinner as its Fathers Day here in Australia

Tonight we had cabbage stirfry

Ground pork, a carrot, onion, a head of cabbage - shredded, freash ginger and fish sauce.

It is a fast easy dinner that wiggle worm really likes, and some times wife worm will eat it. Plus us is really low carb so I don't feel bad serving it to my diabetic inlawss. I had planned on haveing a cobbler but it was too hot today.

Crockpot whole chicken with veggies (potatoes, carrots, onion, celery), green beans, buffalo sauce to put over chicken, lettuce salad with blue cheese dressing

Asian Burritos
3/4 lb ground beef
1 cup oats (stretches the beef, can skip, just use more beef)
1/4 c hoisin sauce
3 T water
2 T soy sauce
dash of cayenne to taste

Cook beef. Mix in oats. Add hoisin, water, soy sauce & cayenne. Stir & heat through.

Serve in tortillas with shredded carrots, red cabbage & plum sauce. I make mine a salad or bowl style.

Last night was homemade pizza.

Tonight I took three kids to swim lessons so Dh made scrambled eggs, bacon and a fruit plate when we got back. Only 3 more nights of lessons so I'm going to try to plan for crockpot meals for those.

Had meatball subs on Sunday.

For labor day we are having a feast in honor of my stepdad's birthday. Brisket and ribs smoked by my dh. Potatoes with onions, peppers, cheese, and bacon. Coleslaw, beans, jalapeno poppers, deviled eggs, salad, and key lime pie.

Hopefully the leftovers last a few days!

Charla, your sesame chicken recipe was amazing! :yum Even fussy dd1 quite liked it, though unfortunately dd2 and DS weren't overly keen. We will definitely have it again though (possibly without the DC though!)
