Tonight was ds16 turn to make dinner. I talked him through making meatloaf since it's his fave meal so I figured he should learn how to prepare it. :yes He did awesome. :rockon He also made steamed carrots and baked potatoes on the side.

We had roast chicken with white rice and steamed Brussel sprouts and broccoli.

Out and about tonight so I picked up Applebees - grilled chicken, grilled veggies, and steamed broccoli. Bleu cheese dressing to dip.

Low carb Greek meatballs with feta and oregano (I left out the egg), yellow rice, tzaziki, sliced cucumbers, Greek salad with lemon vinaigrette

Last night was spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread.

Tonight was baked chicken with rice and steamed carrots.

We had shepherd's pie tonight with the last of the lamb from last Easter--just in time to buy another leg of lamb and freeze another year's worth of leftover meat :giggle

Last night I made the entire meal on the grill: bbq chicken, roasted potatoes, grilled zucchini and the last of the asparagus from the garden. Talk about easy clean-up. :yes

Tonight we had lemon pepper tilapia, rice, beets, and a broccoli apple salad.

Tomorrow night we celebrate dh's birthday with his choice of steak on the grill topped with mushrooms and blue cheese, baked sweet potatoes, green beans, wedge salad with blue cheese dressing, cheesecake.

Last night we had Lemon Garlic Grilled Shrimp, Grilled Asparagus and Zucchini Salad with a Lemon and Basil Vinaigrette, fresh rolls and honey butter.
