Funny, all of a sudden that's what we're having too :lol DH texted me saying he was super hungry for burgers :shrug3 so we'll do the lamb tomorrow. I won't do regular fries or beans though - just sp fries and salads.

We have a Good Friday tradition of roasted leg of lamb. :heart Such an amazing deliciously tender meat!

We had our lamb last night! With balsamic roasted potatoes + onions and green beans.

Tonight was pizza and movie night.

I'm going to make Easter dinner today so we can have leftovers tomorrow. Ham, au gratin potatoes, green beans, corn, rolls, fruit salad, maybe a lettuce salad.

We're having DD2's friend and youth leader over tonight, so we're having Fettuccine with Roasted Butternut Squash, Brown Butter & Sage, Garlic Lemon and Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts, rosemary bread (Costco), and a Rustic Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake Tart.

I made Hot Cross Buns (GFDFSFCF) yesterday for Good FRiday! I have pics, but Tapatalk won't let me sign in :snooty

Tonight the fam had homemade GFDFSF pizza, and I made an AMAZING lemon rosemary chicken that I ate on spinach salad with a homemade creamy Italian dressing (dairy Free) and roasted veggies. So good!
