Tonight the inlaws took us out to an Italian place that we can all eat there pizza,we really ought to go there more often. It is better food that we can get than other places.

Super easy. Finely chop pistachios, adding a bit of salt & pepper to taste. Dip chicken in them. Sear in a skillet and finish by baking. :yum
