Advice Welcome: Wording a Note to our Neighbors

My mom had this idea today :heart

We have three new neighbors on our street. Most of our neighbors we know, and most all have extended family in the area, but two of our new neighbors are 'from away' (Maine saying :giggle) and the third we've yet to actually meet, but would like to include anyway.

My mom would like to write a note to these neighbors letting them know we're here to help with support, shopping, etc. during this time. How would you phrase that? :think

Hi neighbor!

I'm sorry there's not a chance to formally meet, however I would like to let you know we are available to help out with anything you need. Shopping, support, whatever.
Our number is 888-888-8888. Call and I'll be happy to help, or simply be another human to talk to and listen.

My family and I are praying for you and your safety during this time, and I hope once all this is passed we can officially meet and get to know each other.
