Delish. I'd sub out the sprouts but everything else looks good & like lot less fuss & muss.

I don't like sprouts much either. :bag I think green beans might be good.

That's just CRAZY talk!!!!

:shifty ;) :giggle

I am a sprout LOVER! The idea of subbing sprouts is pure insanity to me. Tho, I have several children who may agree. :shifty :lol

yea, no one over here appreciates a sprout. I REALLY wanted to love them a few years back when maple roasted sprout recipes started popping up. I bought a container & made a pan. I ate some. Then the thought of eating the rest just made me feel ick. & the rest of the container went bad because I just couldn't bring myself to try them again.

I bought a sheet pan at walmart for 6ish bucks and am pretty happy with it...it even is commercial grade! Costco has a set with one large and 2 smaller riggt now. I have 2 cook books from the library and these kind of recipes are a big hit at our house! Can't wait to try some of these :D

I have this 10x15 Pyrex that I can fit next to a 9x13 in my oven. It's been really helpful.

Oh wow, that's cheap!

Thanks for the link to the teriyaki recipe! They also have one for fajitas! I think I'm in love. Going to try this soon! I can fit two Pampered Chef jelly roll pans side-by-side in my oven. If I make rice on the stovetop, it should be enough to feed my family and I won't have to cook in shifts. (My skillet is not big enough.)

I made a yummy sheet pan dinner.

Kielbasa with zucchini and cauliflower on one sheet, cubed red and sweet potato on the other. A little olive oil and salt.

A little less. The potatoes take 20-25. After I put them in, I cut up the other veggies and arranged them with the kielbasa (which comes fully cooked). I think the temp was about 425. I took everything out at the same time.

This is such an intriguing thread. I so rarely use the oven (I usually use the slow cooker or cast iron on the stovetop) but the fajita & stir fry is right up our alley.

So basically, I'm subbing for more ideas (to justifying asking for the PC large bar pan for Christmas. :shifty )

I did peach and mustard chicken tonight with onions and I did roasted carrots separately. It was very good. My oldest didn't even notice that peach flavor (and I didn't tell him :shifty).
