Butter chicken leftover from last night (which even the fussy eater loved!). But I had to hide it today as everyone was home and wanted the leftover for lunch :giggle

I'm going to make up a sheet pan meal of chicken breasts, crispy potatoes, and asparagus. I'm debating about weather I want to make the chicken bbq or some other flavor. Strawberry spinach salad on the side.

:giggle I'm trying to build up some freezer dinners but with 3 men in the house my leftovers end up getting eaten the next day!
