Re: What Are Your "Can't Live Without" Essential Oils?
I buy most of my essential oils at the co-op by my house or another store nearby. These are the one I use the most:
Eucalyptus Oil - in an infuser or in the bath to clear out stuffy noses and sinuses (peppermint or pine will work like this, too)
Clove Oil - diluted with a carrier oil for bug bites
Lemon Oil - as an air freshener
Garlic/Mullien Oil - for ear pain/infections
Oregano Oil - for digestive health
I have several oils that we use for air freshening or for massage oil - rose, ylang ylang, sandalwood, & jasmine.
Lots of people use Lavender for calming, but I am allergic.
Tea Tree Oil is good for cleaning, but I'm not a big fan of the smell.
