ITA with whole foods.

Sometimes, though, one needs a supplement - I was treating an eye infection and taking the garlic orally. To eat enough raw garlic to be effective as an AB would have made me sick.

The capsules contain certified organic garlic and that's it. There's a breakdown of the active constituents of garlic listed (such as allicin yield), but those are not things that are added.

I wonder if it would cause local irritation, though, when the capsule dissolved. A garlic clove is not the same as dried, concentrated powdered garlic.

I can picture sewing a thread through a garlic clove quite easily.

Maybe I will just do that.

I am glad I am single.
