Here is the recipe for just that soup:
1lb country sausage
1 cup onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 green bell pepper
1/2 lb carrots, diced
1/2 lb celery, diced
1 15.5oz can great northern beans
1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes w/ green pepper, celery, onion (I just used tomato sauce for this.)
2 bay leaves
2 tsp thyme
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
3 tsp Better than Bouillon chicken
6 oz frozen spinach
3 c water
Put all in the IP. Use the soup setting/30 minutes. 5-10 minute NPR. Serve. Suggested side is grilled cheese.
