coffee messes with my blood sugar levels if I don't have protein. I *have* to have protein for breakfast with coffee so usually I just fry some eggs with coconut oil and it seems easy enough and both the girls love to eat it too. ds will only eat scrambled eggs as far as eggs go, so I have scrambled some eggs with bone marrow for him before, but usually still just give him some gf cereal and milk for now

A couple wks ago dh was eating a pastry while I read the following blog post to him. When I was finished he said "did you see what i just did? I just threw my food away while you were reading that!"
He is probably about 50% on board, very excited about the fact that i am eating so much animal fat now
but yeah, he still has a ways to go before he fully embraces it all and let's go of some of his unhealthy habbits. I thought this was a great post though and encouraging for the men.
