It's getting to be Winter here.

Lasagna
potato soup
burritos
beans and rice or cornbread.
Vegetable soup and a loaf of oatmeal bread.
Roasted veggies (sweet potatoes, potatoes, whole heads of garlic, onion, brussel sprouts....toss with some oil, vinegar, herbs, salt etc)
Reuben sandwiches (I use tempeh or tofurkey slices)
