Sherri - the food processor I have is this tiny thing I got for a wedding present. I almost gave it away, actually, because it looked like a made-in-china-piece-of-useless-cowpoop. I couldn't believe it worked to make these larabars...I was fully expecting to have to scrape everything out and chop it by hand.
It might be worth it to spend the thirty bucks on a cheapy. Food processors are big bucks, iirc.
