Sounds like I need to stay with a minivan. Down the road maybe a smaller SUV/crossover like the Chevy Equinox my parent's have, but not now.

Regular maintenance and replacing worn out parts is so much cheaper than a car payment. Plus, insurance goes up with a newer vehicle because of the replacement value.[COLOR="Silver"]
I'm thinking we wait at least until the end of this year then.
DD1 will get her license some time this coming summer and I could see us letting her drive herself to school after the first semester. And it makes more sense to give her the van then to go buy a car for her for $4,000 that is 10+ years old.
