The only thing I would worry about is that there is an incognito mode on it, so it would be pretty easy to talk and not have any records of the conversation. If she didn't want you to know something, it would be easy to hide.

I still think it is a pretty safe place (since it isn't really social media so random people can't "find you"), but there are gaps in monitoring you should be aware about.
