I used to plan to have dinner prepped early when my kids were little, and it made a tremendous difference in how our evenings went. Now I rarely think of it, but it does sound nice!

Today is my firstborn's 21st birthday!

We're having steaks, shrimp, fries (his suggestions), roasted veggies (my suggestion

), and lemon cupcakes.
