its the only food my husband and i can agree on, and my iron keeps dropping anyway.

so, ideas for incorporating more red meat? last night i made gf spaghetti noodles, canned vodka sauce, and then put bits of stew meat on top

my husband was like a kid in a candy store when i told him there was a bowl full of "steak bits"

in the fridge.
