We LOVE Raclette and will do it for Christmas!
Raclette is a type of cheese made in France or Switzerland. It's traditionally melted in individual trays and then put on top of boiled potatoes with all the other fixings already mentioned.
Adding to the list:
cocktail onions
bacon
strip steak
baby corns (pickled or not)
green and black olives
For the more Western palate, I always have some sour cream and cheddar cheese.
My SIL doesn't like the taste of Raclette cheese.
