I have a spider plant, two snake plants, three different kinds of aloe (and their pups which have been potted separately), a ficus, a Christmas cactus, a pothos and a plant I don't remember the name of that needs low light.

Then there's the plant in one of my hanging baskets that keeps dropping new plants on my floor. I put them in water and they get roots so I have about four new ones around from that larger plant. It's similar looking to the spider plant except it's all green and my spider plant has never given me any new plants. I just don't know the name.

They've all been in good condition and growing as long as they get enough light. I water most of them once or twice a week at the most. For the bigger plants I have water globes and that has worked well.

I have been trying to sprout an avocado plant for months with no success.

Many years ago I had a lipstick plant which I loved. It seemed to have flowers almost all the time. I haven't found one since but when I do it's coming home with me.

I noticed with my snake plants you have to almost neglect it to get it to grow a flower stalk. It's very low maintenance and spreads quickly.
