Thank you for this Dersdgirl. I need to stop spending so much time on social media and tv following the Coronavirus updates. Now that I know I'm supposed to social distance and I've prepared to be home for weeks (if necessary). Yesterday meds were renewed, today dog food was purchased. I'm set for the long haul if necessary. I need to settle into a healthier routine and this challenge will help.
