Yes, I did read them. I agree that prevention is an extremely underexplored science that most doctors aren’t interested in. Also it is very hard to get study funding for anything that isn’t very high tech like targeting specific genes, etc. And journals should definitely be more careful about what they publish.
I do not remember reading any studies on it. I do worry about them but I also find the idea of avoiding them very overwhelming. I do buy organic tofu when I buy tofu and try to eat more Whole Foods, but trying to avoid all GMOs would be impossible for me! I wish they would just ban them (not talking about cross breeding, which is also kind of genetically modifying, but which doesn’t scare me).
