Re: April Dinners
Yesterday I threw chopped up boneless skinless chicken thighs, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and probably something else that I can't remember right now, in to the crock pot.
Served over rice.
Tonight I'm making some sort of sausage and rice skillet with the leftover rice.
