I'm devastated.
I use 1/4 cup of raw cacao in my homemade protein shake almost every day. I get 40% of my magnesium and 80% of my copper from that.
Apparently cacao from Africa is much safer but everything I'm finding is from South America.
Some cacao powders now have Prop 65 warnings on them.
I haven't decided if I'm going to change anything, yet. I mean, I still use Christmas lights and I drink raw milk, which the govt says it's like playing Russian roulette.
. And cacao has lots of health benefits.
But I wish it wasn't so!

Maybe I'll try to decrease to 2 tablespoons a day.
I don't eat much chocolate aside from that morning shake.
