It is absolutely delicious.
I made it last night and it was really pretty easy to make. The only change I made was to dip my chicken rolls in buttermilk before breading them since I'm allergic to egg. Oh and I don't have a cast iron pan so I made it in my oven-proof skillet. I made homemade polenta using chicken broth as the liquid and added a little milk, butter and salt and then stirred some of the extra mozzarella cheese into it. Oh my, it was so good. Next time I make it, I will double the chicken since my kids loved the chicken so much. The tomato sauce recipe is simple, yet divine. I hope you'll try it.
