I'm guessing it you're not doing dairy, it would be bad. Make the fries at no nos because of the peanut oil? Anyway, neither of those things bother me, bring it on!
I tweaked a recipe this morning for coconut flour pancakes - SO. DE. LICIOUS.
I added mashed bananas which greatly improved the taste and texture. And while I ate until I was full, it doesn't feel heavy and gross in my tummy. I like that. Kids loved them.
We're almost totally out of groceries, so it's time to make another meal list! Something I noticed: we're seriously almost completely out of food, and I haven't had to grow any produce away, at all! I normally have at least *something*, often lots of somethings, hanging out in the crisper drawer getter hairy and moldy.
