I have a lot of insomnia.
Hormones are a huge part of mine, plus stress like May Sunflowers said, and anxiety. I take cal/mag every night as well as 1-2 sprays of my magnesium spray. On the nights I *have* to sleep (bc I work the next day) I add in melatonin. Sometimes, though, none of that works and I end up laying there for hours.
The best thing I use is the magnesium spray though. That stuff is awesome!
For racing thoughts, Rescue Remedy (not the sleep, just RR)is wonderful for me as well.
Lots of hugs and prayers. When I get on an insomnia roll, it pretty much consumes me. It's all I think about, I fret about whether I'll be able to sleep, etc. I pray you get the most restful and wonderful sleep tonight!
