I woke up again at 12, but immediately took another dissolvable melatonin, i slept again until 2, and then dozed lightly from 5-7... so progress!! :yay
I have had issues with my thyroid in the past but never hyper, I have been losing weight though
I'm also very stressed and very depressed about some life situations so I think it might all be related
