I make a creamy chicken saucy thing (fancy name I know

) to serve over rice that uses sour cream and is delicious.

Throw chicken breast, broth, seasoning in IP. Pressure cook. Remove chicken and shred. Add sour cream to broth and let melt. Re-add shredded chicken.

I guess it's sort of chicken stroganoff... But it's a fave of the kids and super easy.
