I'm not sure. I was going to do this as a surprise, but I'm realising I will have to ask him about it because it would be disappointing to make something that he then doesn't want to eat! And I don't want to discourage him from aiming for a better diet and lifestyle. So, I will ask him about things like honey and other sweeteners and see what he thinks.
