Sorry if this question is elsewhere in the thread. I don't have time to read through all of them right now.
I just bought some calcium citrate w/mag from Costco, but 2 tablets only give me 500 mg Calcium.
So, do I just take 4 of them to get 1000 mg, plus the 200mg that are in my prenatal vitamin?
And, do I take them all before bedtime?
Lastly, do I have to worry about too much Vitamin D or Zinc (because they're in there too)?
