Oh J was just like that.
I remember reading on here somewhere about the diaper change hold, and it saved my sanity. I would sit in the floor and lay him in front of me with his feet toward me. Then, I'd place my feet on his armpits/shoulders to hold him down so I could change him.
Because of his ASD, J wore diapers long past when most kids potty train, so when he got bigger and too strong for that hold, I flipped him the other way and held his arms under my thighs. I'd practically have to fold him in half to be able to clean his butt, but he'd usually be in that position anyway because he'd be fighting me so bad.
