One thing that helped us was taking advantage of the hotel breakfast if included where you stay.We have always stayed at those places and could go down and bring however much or whatever we wanted back to room or with us. Depending on all the different things your family eats there was always fresh fruit there and juice and some kind of eggs as well as yogurt and breakfast meats and packages of cream cheese and peanut butter,bagels sometimes muffins, oatmeal,granola sometimes breakfast burritos or egg and vegie omelets http://www.today.com/food/top-10-fre...akfasts-998989
