If you're not freaked out about the thought of raw eggs, do you have to cook it?
Our "regular" ice cream recipe is a can of coconut milk, 1/4 c honey, 1 egg and 1TBSP vanilla. We just beat the egg like crazy and throw the rest in, beat it together and then freeze it. (uh, we usually add a couple of packs of via and some dark chocolate shavings, too
) So, in an effort to be as lazy as possible....

I made a ganace recipe really close to that for Matt's birthday and put it on
these cupcakes and OH EM GEE it was the most amazing thing ever.
